All of our sumo suits are cleaned with antibacterial disinfectant before and after every use to make sure they are suitable to be worn by new challengers. We also require two volunteers at the party or some of our staff members to supervise each match to ensure the safety of everyone involved.

Additional safety requirements and recommendations for the sumo suits include:

  • Contestants should be at least five feet tall and 75 pounds
  • Wrestling matches should be held indoors if the temperature outside is higher than 70 degrees
  • Matches should not last longer than a few minutes
  • Competitors should bring a fun attitude!
